Breaking: U.S. COVID Cases Spike to 140,000

Social distancing guidelines will remain in place through the month of April, President Trump said at a recent COVID-19 Task Force briefing from Washington D.C. Some 30 states are reporting more than 500 known cases within their region. There are 2,480 deaths nationwide.
