Over 1,500 injured in stampede at soccer crowd in Italy
Turin, Italy (LEGEND) Fans packed the Piazza San Carlo in Turin, Italy Saturday night to watch on large televisions their team, the Juventus, play against Real Madrid.
What sounded to many like an explosion of a bomb, sparked panic and resulted in a stampede critically injuring three people, including a 7-year-old boy.
According to the news agency ANSO, 1,527 people were reportedly injured according to hospital counts.
