Arizona Dentist Visit Turns Fatal for 2-Year-Old
An Arizona family is heartbroken and are looking for answers after a toddler's dental appointment turned fatal.
Zion Jay Gastelum was only 2-years-old when died after visiting his dentist last month in Yuma.
After being dropped off at Kool Smiles Dentist by his parents on Dec.16 for some dental work, at some point during the procedure he stopped breathing.
He was taken to local hospital and later flown to Maricopa Country where he was pronounced dead on December 20.
Zion is fondly remembered by his family for his loving personality.
