Proof That The Holocaust Was Condoned By The Vatican

While reports indicate that the Holocaust may be slipping from the minds and hearts of many people today, the reality that over 6,000,000 Jews lost their lives as well Jehovah's Witnesses who found themselves a target of Hitler in part due to their refusal to Heil Hitler.
"The Nazi-Nationalist coloration came into power on March 5, 1933, winning 52% of the votes and on March 13th, the Priest Pius XI, Cardinal Faulhaber publicly praised Chancellor Adolf Hitler for the stand he had taken against communism. [1]
On March 24th, the Catholic church hastily removed restrictions placed on the Nazi Party in a letter written by Cardinal Bertram that addressed members of the Fulda Bishop's Conference." [1]
The Vatican approved Bishop Bertram's stane on removing prohibitions formerly placed on the Nazi Party and welcoming them into the church in their own way by not condemning or reversing his decision. [1]
At the meeting of the Bavarian Council of Ministers on April 24th, the Premier was able to report that Cardinal Faulhaber had issued an order to the clergy to support the new regime in which he (Faulhaber) had confidence.[1]
A deceleration of the Catholic teachers organization, published on April 1, encouraged its members to participate in building the new order and to be helper and friend to the nationalist movement. [1]
The Vatican's support of the Hitler regime appeared to have an immediate policy advantage when a law announced on Feb 27th recognized seven Catholic feast days as legal holidays. [1]
"When Jehovah's Witnesses were suppressed in Bavaria on April 13th, the Church even accepted the assignment given by the Ministry of Education and Religion of reporting on any member of Jehovah's Witnesses still practicing the forbidden religion. "[1]
When German ministers Papen and Goring visited the Vatican on April 10, it was reported that they were received with great honor, indicating the Vatican's support of the new regime. The Catholic Allgemeine Rundschau concluded "The bishops cannot fight where Rome concludes peace. "[1]
Some laws of the land hold individual guilty of crimes that they were associated with. Although they may not have directly committed the crime, if they knowingly supported and approved it they still could be found guilty in a court of law.
And those who would harbor such criminals would also be held guilty. Right?
So why has the Vatican escaped consequences for their violation of laws against humanity by their support of the Nazi regime that led to the execution of over 6,000,000 Jews?
By vouching for their support of the Nazi regime they too bear responsibility for the Holocaust.
And why have the masses ignored their guilt, in a sense aiding in harboring felons?
These are not questions that I can answer but the facts are the facts.
