Possible Parental Abduction: ABDULLA and V1 were involved in a Domestic Violence altercation recently. ABDULLA told V1 that he would take the children to buy new clothes on 21APR19 and has since refused to answer calls and messages from V1. ABDULLA is believed to either be in Oakland and the surrounding Bay Area or in the Orange County Area visiting Disney Land according to his extended family who may be protecting him. ABDULLA is contemplating taking the children back to Yemen, his country of origin.
