The Hollywood Reporter reported that despite being nominated for six awards for the first round of the 2019 Emmys, Homecoming on Netflix took home nothing and the Beyhive was quick to note the snub.
Beyoncé’ made history by being the first black female to headline Coachella in 2018 and Homecoming on Netflix documents her world-famous performance.
Carpool Karaoke: When Corden Met McCartney Live From Liverpool won for Outstanding Variety Special (pre-recorded) and Beyoncé’ fans were quick to note the vast contrast to the amount of work and variety that Homecoming had in comparison to one Carpool Karaoke segment.
