3 Ways Your Brand Is Killing Leads

3 Ways Your Brand Killing Leads | Joseph Bonner

My company offers the best services. Why don't I have any leads? Have you ever asked yourself that same questions?

The problem may be with your branding.

Presentation

Branding is the way your company is presented to the world. As the saying goes, first impressions are everything. For example, what prompts us to visit a restaurant that we've never been to before? Usually a combination of things but in part, it's the way the food is presented in photos online. Isn't it also true that we appreciate when the chef takes his time to make the presentation of the meal appealing?

If we have failed to display compelling professional, high-quality photos on our website, then chances are we are killing leads. Even if we spend thousands of dollars on marketing, it will be to no avail if we have not given proper attention to photo quality on our website.

Social Media

Many companies believe that their social media presence is irrelevant to their companies marketing but that simply isn't true. Although only 48% of marketers agree that social media gives them an ROI, the reality is that those who don't see results are simply not doing it right. Careful attention must be given to sharing relevant information related to your band as well as having engaging content and an active following.

Brand Quality

The fact is that marketing alone on social media is not enough. You can run marketing campaigns on social media all you want but if your brand is not high quality you are going to kill leads instantly. It's like sending out flyers on how great your restaurant is, but as soon as people visit, they are greeted in a filthy lobby. Was the marketing the problem or the quality of the brand? Be sure to not only display your best but also give your best. The quality of your services, website, testimonials, and videos will all speak volumes to the quality of your brand and will enhance marketing efforts to secure leads.
