A Chick-fil-A employee and customer get into a fist fight
A video posted this past Tuesday of a fist fight between a Chick-fil-A employee and a customer went viral with over 5 million views. Fox News reported that according to witnesses, the 55-year-old man was yelling at other patrons inside the restaurant and then walked behind the counter. When the 27 year-old-employee asked him to leave, the man came at him with a punch. This resulted in both men having a fist fight. Nobody was severely injured. Chick-fil-A responded to the incident:
“Our franchise restaurant Operators and their team members strive to create a safe and welcoming environment and to treat all guests with dignity and respect. This situation does not live up to our brand’s commitment to hospitality, and for that, we are very sorry.”
