If you love your parents and grandparents, you may want to get vaccinated
In the 2020/2021 year, the CDC reported that some 163,950 COVID-related deaths have been reported among those 75-84 years of age and 177,651 deaths have been reported among those 85 years and older.
So while the death toll rises significantly as the age bracket increases, it lends yet another reason for those younger to seriously consider getting vaccinated.
While they may be young and healthy enough to bounce back after contracting the viral disease, if they happen to be in close proximity to their parents or grandparents who contract the disease, they may not be as fortunate.
