Wichita St. Basketball Coach Under Investigation Over Alleged Assault on Player

Gregg Marshall, Wichita State basketball coach is under investigation following multiple allegations of hostility and assault on a player in 2015.

According to an article released by TMZ, the alleged victim is Shaq Morris who played forward for the Shockers.

Morris and other teammates confirm that Marshall punched Morris in the face after a bad play on the court.

Other allegations mounted against Marshall include assault on former assistant coach Kyle Lindsted and racist comments made to Native American player Isaiah Poor Bear-Chandler. Marshall is reported to have told him to "get back on his horse" and making"Indian howling noises" during the 2018-19 season.
