LAPD arrest victim shot with Nipsey Hussle for allegedly violating parole

Kerry Lathan is the 56-year-old man who after his release from prison came to see Nipsey Hussle to get some new clothes before visiting his family.

Lathan was shot along with Nip and after being treated for his injuries and placed in a wheelchair because of the shooting, was released by the hospital.

The LAPD arrested Lathan after his hospital release alleging that he violated his parole when visiting Nipsey, who, according to them is still an active member of the Rollin 60's Crips.
