10 Signs of Anxiety



1. Rapid heart beat, chest pain.

2. Hyperventilation, shortness of breath.

3. Dizziness, headache, sweating, tingling, numbness.

4. Dry mouth, stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, nausea.

5. Muscle aches and pain.

6. Tremors, shaking, inability to relax.

7. Unrealistic and/or excessive fear and worry (about past and future events).

8. Mind racing or going blank.

9. Phobic behavior.

10. Obsessive or compulsive behavior.

This is not a conclusive list of signs of anxiety. Some individuals may display various other signs not provided in this list.
