10 Signs to Tell if Someone Is Feeling Suicidal

With an estimated 117 people taking their life per day according to the American Society For Suicide Prevention, suicides remain one of the leading causes of death in the United States.
Have you personally been affected by the pain of someone you love committing suicide?
Suicide is a very complex issue and the list composed in no way is conclusive. There may be many other signs that indicate someone is contemplating suicide.
#1. Threatening to hurt or kill themselves
This may come in many forms from verbally, writing or via the internet.
#2. Looking for ways to kill or hurt themselves
A person that is actively looking for weapons, pills, a jumping location or other means to hurt themselves.
#3. Talking About Death & Dying
If a person conversation repeatedly leans toward death, dying and suicide in person, writing or via the internet.
#4. Feelings of Hopelessness
A person who feels like there's no reason to live anyone.
#5. Extreme Anger
Extreme Anger & Seeking Revenge
#6. Increased Alcohol or Drug Use
#7. Withdraw
Withdrawing From Family, Friends, School, Work and Society.
#8. Anxiety
Prolonged anxiety and inability to sleep.
#9. Mood Change
Dramatic change in attitude in either direction. This can be someone who is typically happy and is now depressed or vice-versa.
#10. Feeling Trapped
A person feeling like there is no way out of their situation.
