How style improves your health

Balanced self-esteem is a significant contributing factor to personal happiness and inner contentment.

One way to boost self-esteem is by "dressing for success."

How we feel about our clothing, grooming and hygiene have a bearing on how we feel about ourselves.

That is why imperative that we make opportunities to dress up a bit.

It could be for something as simple as going out for an evening stroll, heading to the supermarket or simply returning a book to the library.

As a youth, I often dressed up every day while working as a high school mentor and later as a school counselor. While my reasons were more centered on being respected by youths and the community, it also had a significant effect on my self-esteem and compliments were often.

If what you are is what you eat, then what you wear might fittingly be considered what you feel.
