We all face stress and disappointment in life, but sometimes things can to the point where we feel like completely giving up on yourself.
Why do people who may have once been charismatic, outgoing, fit, friendly and seemingly normal get to the point where they just give up on everything?
Contributing factors include the following:
Being told you're not good enough by someone's words or actions
Intense work stress
Intense family stress
Intense life stress
LIfe-altering changes in life
Experiencing a traumatic event
Experiencing a great loss personally or financially

Even losing a beloved pet
Experiencing a series of failures
Prolonged depression
Remembering what you use to be or what you use to do
Coping methods include the following:
Write down 3 things you are really good at doing.
Talk to one good friend every day.

A good friend goes a long way!
Set small weekly and monthly goals.
Reward yourself when you reach a goal.
Do something nice for someone else in the community or the family.
Volunteer monthly to help the less privileged.
Take up a new hobby!
Exercise weekly & determine to eat more healthy.
Never let a day go by without telling someone you care about how much they mean to you.
